What parts of a wedding do you perform?
Lickety Split is especially at home during cocktail hours, receptions, dinners, dancing, and wedding-weekend celebrations. If you're looking for music to create a particular atmosphere, tell us about your plans and we'll see what fits.
How many people are in your band?
We offer duo, trio, or larger configurations. Our typical ensemble is a trio with guitar, fiddle and washtub bass.
Do you provide your own sound equipment?
Yes, when appropriate for the event and setting. We play through a single microphone and use vintage Keltone speakers.
Where do you perform?
We're based in Sisters and perform throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Black Butte and surrounding areas, as well as select destinations beyond Central Oregon.
Can you learn a special song for our wedding?
Often, yes! It depends on the song. We're especially well suited to music from older eras, but we may be able to create a Lickety Split version of a favorite song just for your day. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll see what we can do.
How far in advance should we book?
Whenever you know your date! The earlier you reach out, the better chance we have of being available, but don't hesitate to ask about a date that's coming up soon.
